About Paulette Marsollier
Paulette has had numerous years of qualified real estate experience in Canada selling real estate since 1985. Her expertise lies in the purchase and sale of residential properties, specializing in downtown inner city communities, residential, luxury real estate, waterfront and recreational properties.
Paulette recognizes the importance of establishing a strong and trusting relationship with her clients. Her accounting background and formal real estate education in residential and condominium real estate exceeds the standards recognized by her industry. The result is a highly competent level of service and co-operation for the benefit of her real estate clients. Paulette had dedicated almost sixteen years to volunteering on the Standard Forms (real estate contracts) committees with the Calgary Real Estate Board and the Alberta Real Estate Association and is a past director with the Canadian Condominium Institute Southern Alberta Chapter.
Paulette is co-founder and owner of Chris Bolt International Realty in Calgary along with her husband and partner. She is also licensed with Sotheby's International Realty in Victoria, BC.

About Chris Bolt
Chris Bolt CRB, co-founder Broker/Owner of Chris Bolt International Realty, has more than thirty years of real estate experience in Alberta. Chris has served in numerous volunteer positions for the province. Past President of the Calgary Real Estate Board, Past President of the Alberta Real Estate Association, Past President of the Real Estate Board Charitable Foundation. He is an Honorary Life Member of the Calgary Real Estate Board and the Alberta Real Estate Association.
He most recently owned and operated a national real estate franchise until making the move to establish his own independent brokerage. Chris has previously managed several franchised real estate offices within the Calgary area.
